Certificates become available after a training has completed. You can find your certificate by logging into my.pblworks.org and checking the My Learning section under the Completed tab. If your course or workshop is still under Active tab, then the certificate has not been created yet.

NOTE: Prior to May 2019, certificates were included in the workshop workbook and signed by the National Faculty Trainer on-site. Since we did not collect sign-in or roster data then, we cannot issue certificates. We recommend you contact your former employer to obtain any verification you may need that you attended the workshop.

The name on your certificate is based on your account settings. To change your name, go to my.pblworks.org, click “My Account” and then click “Edit”. After making your changes, click “Save” at the bottom of the page and then reload the certificate.
