Selecting and Teaching Projects

Discover, preview, and get your own personal copy of a project

Every project in TEACH can be personalized to meet the needs of your students and community. With your own personal copy of a project, you can:

  • โœ… Track progress on setup tasks

  • ๐Ÿ“ Edit project materials and share them with students

  • ๐Ÿ“ Reflect on each lesson and the full PBL unit

  • ๐Ÿ’ฌ Discuss the project with other teachers

  • โš™๏ธ Print lessons, manage the project, and more

Add a project

To get a personalized copy of a project, click the + icon next to Your Projects.

Use filters to narrow your options
On the left panel, apply filters to find projects that fit your teaching needs:

  • Subjects: English Lang. Arts, Math, Science, Social Studies

  • Grades: PreKโ€“2, 3โ€“5, 6โ€“8, 9โ€“12, Adult

  • Success Skills: like Collaboration

Tip: Select multiple filters at once. Click Reset to clear your selections.

Browse the project cards
Each card shows the project title, a brief summary, the subject and grade level.

Preview a project
Click Preview to explore a read-only version of the unit and its lesson structure before committing to it.

Tip: Preview is helpful for planning or comparing units before starting one.

Click โ€œTeachโ€ to make the project active
When youโ€™re ready to begin using a project, click Teach. This unlocks your own personal copy of the unit. Once your project is active, youโ€™re taken directly to the Overview page of the project, and the project now appears under Your Projects in the left-hand navigation.
